Cookie the kitty

As we left the barking lot of Fazzolies my friend Marissa begged her mother to let her and I go into Pets Smart.Marissa and I both love and respect any animals ,especially cats.We finally convinced her and went in.As we walked into the store we herd a soft meowing to the right, as we turned the corner,we realized it was a adorable cat. She was so beautiful, cute, and we feel in love with her as soon as we layed our eyes on her.We stood and pet her for quite a while. We both wanted to take her home with us, we both loved her.It was time to go and we said good bye to Cookie and left the store we new we would always remember Cookie the kitty.

A servent of the Lord

Saturday,6,Feb.2010 I eagerly went out to our driveway and started the gruelling proses of shoveling.(I didn't really want to shovel but I really wanted to go to the birthday party.) As I pushed the shovel into snow Dan a man from our church walked up our driveway and stuck his shovel into the snow. The job went allot faster.God sent Dan to me as a servant of the Lord

Flowers

Sunday morning I stepped into my Dad's office that Kin eagerly had unlocked for me,as I walked in the smell of flowers reached my nose. I saw a bouquet of flowers and four separately wrapped flowers. They were beautiful. There were flowers for each member of our family. The flowers were very special, but what made them even more special was, that he wasn't even in the country he was in Hadie. There were little notes attached mine said,I love you...Daddy.

The sleep over! - by Savannah Lamb

Hi my name is Elli, a week ago I had a sleep over,I had ever girl in the neighborhood come.I wanted it to be a party every one would talk about long after it was over. But my hopes where soon gone.I had forgotten about a girl in my neighborhood named Silvia. She is small, mean, rude and self-centered. She doesn't care about any one but herself. On the day of the party Silvia was the first to show up. Half an hour past by and no one else had come. Soon I lost hope, it was just me and Silva! Soon after getting to know Silvia, I found out that her 2 year old brother Joseph drown in a lake. This shows me that God sees the inside of people and knows when there hurting.God will always be there with us and for us.

After getting to know Siliva I found out she had been though alot,on June 26th 2007 Siliva's went on a fishing trip and Joseph fell over board. Sadly, neither of them could grab him in time. That night I realized what saddness she had been though and soon we became very good friends.

Riding on the African Elephant

A couple weeks ago on Sunday, we went to the circus. It was my first time ever to go. There were many different animals and many different acts. Siberian tigers, lions, elephants, camels, horses, ponies and dogs were all part of the show. Out of all the cool acts at the circus, the most amazing experience was riding on the back of a huge African elephant. It was my best encounter with any animal ever. When I rode on the elephants back, its ginormous ears draped over my short little legs. It felt cold and a little soggy.

The end.

Little puppies in the pet store window

Today I went to "Nightstalkers Pet Store." They had new rat terrier chihuahua mix puppies. My two favorites were a white, brown and black puppy and a golden puppy. It looks a lot like the picture displayed to the right. My dad is considering whether to get one or not. I know that he is smart and all so therefore whatever he decides is fine with me --- only if he decides to get one.....
The end.

Frankenstine Finger

Today I went to my basketball practice @ 5:00 p.m. About 10 minutes into the practice, my dad told us all to go and get a drink of water. Instead of obeying, I picked up a basketball and began to dribble it and took a shot. As the missed shot came down, it hit the end of my right pointer finger. Immediately I felt harsh pain shoot through my finger. In about 5 seconds, I walked over to my father / coach crying. He told me to sit on the side until it felt better. However, the pain never stopped until well after the practice was over. Even as I write this blog, I still feel pain. I wonder if I jammed my finger because I did not obey my father. Lesson learned. The end.

PS - I did not break it.
